First of all, thank you for visiting my site!

My name is Shannon, I am a psychology and sociology student from Ireland.

I write about psychology, lifestyle, wellbeing and student life.

The name Girl Down a Rabbit Hole came from the fact that I started this blog as a book review blog. The name was a nod to Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland.

I didn’t stick to book reviews and now a lot of my writing is about explaining things that don’t always make sense until you get to know the topic.

So I thought the name still suited the blog and I kept it.

I not only write the content on this blog, but some of the photographs are mine too.

I also created Sketch Rabbit, the logo.

Sketch Rabbit

This is is Sketch Rabbit. Sketch Rabbit is the Girl Down a Rabbit Blog logo and mascot.

I have a number of skills and interests. I have been drawing chcharacters since I was small. When I was a teenager, I would draw anime characters, the cuter the better.

Sketch Rabbit was easy and I take that as a sign that he was meant for this blog.
